Welcome to the Mars Girls Youth Basketball Association (MGYBA) site. 

The objective of the MGYBA is to foster girls understanding and enjoyment of girls basketball.  Our goals include: promoting the development of every player’s basketball skill sets, team bonding, and positive sportsmanship through team practices and team game action, provide as equal as possible playing time in game action for all players, teach and promote to the players positive sportsmanship between their teammates, coaches, and opponent, promote competition between players and in league games against opponents when appropriate while maintaining the main objective of this association as a developmental girls basketball organization.  Our messages will remain positive.  MGYBA will not tolerate negative and confrontational behavior, excessive and lude language by its members towards other members, the players, the parents, the opponents, the referees, the spectators, and the other coaches affiliated with this association.
